"The perfect 'real Fiji' experience off the grid. Not for everyone as there's no airconditioning, running hot water or pools but that's the charm and attraction here. Bill and Paula looked after us wonderfully. Our two small boys were played with and looked after by other local children, the villages were very friendly. Paula also arranged a surprise birthday cake for my oldest son! No other tourists spotted, no-one trying to sell you things or get you to drink kava and no shops. Perfect spot....

"Beautiful location and accommodations. Very private and spacious. Chef Jay was incredible, very friendly and accommodating. It was lovely to have him prepare our brunches and dinners for us. The snorkelling was AMAZING and the salt water pool was great. The view is incredible and the water is just steps away from your bedroom. "We stayed at this property for 6 days after a grueling 2 months of travelling in Australia and NZ. While it was far bigger than we needed for only 2 people, it have everything we could have wanted and then some. The home is absolutely lovely and well maintained by Papu and Toupo/Vanshika. "My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here! The house is set up well and the view from the balcony is lovely. Paula and Sarah cooked us amazing meals! The snorkelling with sharks was also amazing. Only thing we would say is that we felt we never saw Paula and bill and wish we could have seen them more! Perhaps this was also because of our short stay"

"The house was perfect for our family of four - 2 adult sons, for us to celebrate a birthday. Spacious, clean, tidy and the most stunning views. The 125 steps from the road were a good work out. The pool was very welcoming when we reached the house! Close enough to town where there were many good options for dining. "This is perfect for a quiet getaway. Town is a short boat ride You have to be self-sufficient which made inexpensive Bed was huge and very comfortable Kitchen well equipped. Lounge had smart TV for a movie at night and good Wi-Fi. Hosts Matthew and Liz were great. Very attentive, friendly, responsive. The service was personalised. special thanks to Sean, their son for his help. There’s a small tropical reef out the front, which is a great snorkel. Will return! "

"The staff at this hotel were so lovely and attentive, they provided us with great service and helped us set up some excursions in addition to our shuttle. There are a few local restaurants near by, which kept us satisfied for the 5 days we were there, but we also had a kitchenette, which was nice, although we didn’t use it like we had planned with the proximity of restaurants. Another added bonus was having laundry in our room!"
