"This property has a spacious and well maintained backyard. The firepit was surrounded by comfortable patio couches. The interior was spacious for the 6 of us staying here. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need to cook/clean. Location is super close to Manhattan and it was quiet surrounding the house. "I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. I also appreciated having access to a full kitchen with supplies to save a little from eating out constantly. "This place worked out well with our 2 grandchildren as well as our dog. The off street parking was probably its best asset. The bathroom was newly renovated, however it was advertised as 1.5 baths but there was only 1 bath. We were also told it had a whirlpool tub but it was just a large shower."
