"Quite a quirky hotel, lovely rooms, comfy bed "

"The bar and eating area above the bar as you enter was very unique. The extra areas made for sitting and eating was very cool. The upstairs bar/balcony was so beautiful! Everything about this hotel amazed us. The room we stayed in was a 2 story room with a balcony looking over the living room area. It was very awesome and had a rustic feel to it. We fell in love with every aspect of this hotel! It made our honeymoon the best."

"Fantastic location, friendly and polite staff. Noise levels let the accommodation down. However this is due to surrounding bars and clubs until early hours and the following morning waste disposal services. Windows let far too much noise in. Great place for a night out but not so much for a romantic night away. "

"The hotel is in an ideal location several minutes from Piccadilly Station. The room I had was on the 4th floor and very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. My only gripe was lack of hair conditioner but the Arran Aromatics toiletries provided were lovely. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. "
