“Excellent facilities and value for money”
Had an overnight stay in the hotel whilst attending a local gig. Found it to be ideal for such a stay and excellent value for money. Very pleasant and helpful staff, comfy and clean room, excellent parking facilities. Will definitely use again.
“Great Stay!”
Great central location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
“Central, clean and comfortable. Value for money!”
Stayed here for 3 nights, hotel was clean and modern. Room on 12th floor, no noise despite being in City Centre. Overall, room was fresh and welcoming. Bathroom heated towel rail appeared not to work (maybe it was just us?) so after hot showers, bathroom felt a bit humid and damp. Bathroom very clean otherwise and fresh towels etc provided daily. Room had hairdrier and iron but we did not have to use them. Modern flatscreen tv had internet capabilities (we did not use) but good to have the option I suppose. The hotel had wifi on 3rd floor and in rooms at additional charge. Have read reviews about lifts being slow but I assume the hotel has addressed this issue as I felt lift was very quick. Went to the bar on the night before we left - very expensive as usual in hotel bars: £15.50 for two drinks! Tea and coffee facilities in room but sadly no minibar to keep milk or drinks cool.
“Simple, great value, super location”
Great value, great location. Have stayed previously, breakfast was a let down this time. Car park is a bonus too!
“warehouse project event”
reception staff very helpfull, good central location, would definately go back again....
“Not bad...”
I have been there for only 3 nights.. the hotel is clean, staff is nice, it is so close to the centre, shops, bars n etc. i didnt have to use taxi or bus to go almost anywhere. The things i didnt like is, if your planning to stay longer, the rooms are not big at all. There was no mini bar in my double room or any closet space (maybe 3 shelfs?) and you get free internet only on the third floor.
“good”
good clean, great location. good variety breakfast. Staff very helpful
“Great Location”
Good Location, all staff Reception , Bar and Cleaners excellent. Only negative soudproofing on 9th floor not great , could hear next rooms alarm at 5.00 am on both days of my stay. Nice bar and food...........would stay again
“Beware”
Reception slow and the hotel is now seemingly used to accomodate Jeremy Kyle "guests" for the evening prior to the "show". I would not stay there again.
