“Ideal place for sun-lovers”
close to the LAX airport, almost on the beach with a terrace overlooking the ocean, clean rooms, very helpful management staff. I strongly recommend this hotel to any tourist coming to LA.

Very near LAX. Great location to do fun things in LA. Venice itself is fascinating and beautiful. Very friendly staff. Reasonable price. I will most definitely return. Cozy and clean room. Not large but that is not what I needed.
“Good get-away”
While the room might be a bit more cramped than the standard hotel room, this little hideaway is ideal for those who want to enjoy a sense of privacy on the ocean front, yet be a mere block away from a bustling beach scene of fine restaurants and shops, a great pier and spectacular views. The hotel staff is very friendly and hardworking, and you actually feel more like you're in an apartment rather than a hotel. We enjoyed the experience. I was a bit concerned at first about the level of safety and crime, but we never felt threatened - even after dark.
“Right on the beach location”
It's a tiny boutique hotel with the best beach front location. The room and bathroom are very small, and the ceiling and walls are so thin that we could hear people's foot steps from upstairs and the sound of shower loud and clearly. The hotel does have onsite parking but it gets filled up quickly, but you can find free parking on the other streets in the neighbourhood. They provide breakfast too which is helpful. Overall it's cute and comfy. If you are looking for some place just on the beach and steps from the restaurants, this is the one.
“Great Hotel on the beach”
This was a fabulous little hotel (only 18 rooms) right on the beach in Venice. Only about a block away from a number of restaurants and shops plus walking distance to the boardwalk. Very intimate, but casual and comfortable. Great for a week long stay.
“hotel tres bien situé sur la plage”
Tres tres bien situé sur venice beach Trés bon accueil mais Chambre petite avec le lit qui prend toute la place et la tv plasma qui est mal placée (on se cogne facilement avec le lit) Sinon parties communes agréables avec internet gratuit parking gratuit quand il y a de la place (tres pratique à cet endroit) de plus on peut manger dehors face à la mer car l'hotel est situé sur la promenade qui longe la plage
