“Near LAX and very quiet.”

We chose this hotel to be near LAX - but surprisingly, it was very quiet. The free continental breakfast was excellent. The front desk arranged a tour of Los Angeles, and we were picked up right at the hotel. The only negatives were that the area was a little seedy, and the eating places were pretty much limited to fast food. But we felt safe in the hotel, and the car was secured in a locked parking lot. Also, I like fresh air and was disappointed that the window could not be opened.

The hotel was super close to the highway and not too far from the beach. The room was very clean and neat. Plus, there was free wifi!!

Our hotel room was very spacious, and modern! With a new flatscreen TV. The room was also very large with plenty of towels. This was an AWESOME hotel, no complaints!

“Hawthorne Holiday Inn Express”

The neighborhood was a bit "sketchy," but the hotel itself was a very pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and the hotel was relatively new and well maintained. My family all felt safe there. Given its price range and neighborhood, it was excellent. You should have a car if you stay there, however.

“I will be going back”

The Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great. I even enjoyed the coffee that was already in the room. Large room, television had a VGA connector that I was able to connect my laptop to. Private parking structure so not to worry about outside theft. Overall good experience.
