“nice hotel near airport”

located closed to the airport and car rentals, offers really big and nice rooms, with kitchen. Very clean and quite. Nice hotel staff. Free parking nearby (need to walk 50 meters outside the hotel). It's excellent for staying after long flight.

“All ok”

The room was huge--maybe not typical--and the breakfast was more than I had expected: waffles, pastries, cereal, fruit, etc. The hotel was a bit hard to find and parking in the garage was awkward, but everything worked out. Good room and good breakfast at a more than fair price...

“Hugh room”

Great value. Stayed in Efficiency King with kitchenett...room was hugh. Breakfast was wonderful as well both hot and cold....boiled eggs and waffles add a complete touch!

“Will stay again”

I stayed here last year, and was happy to stay again for my trip this year. I recently attended a dance competition that was being hosted at another hotel a few miles away. Many of my friends were staying there, but I, again, opted to stay at the Comfort Inn Cockatoo. You get way more amenities here than you do at other hotels (which, ironically, are much more expensive). It's extremely clean and spacious, the room came with a full sized fridge and microwave, and the continental breakfast offers quite the selection of choices. This place is quite a gem, and you certainly get a lot of bang for your buck.

“Great Room for the Price”

What a great surprise this find was! Nice big, clean room, super cheap price. Only 3 miles from airport. Complimentary shuttle was extremely convenient. The beds AND pillows were very comfortable. The staff were wonderful. Because we had to take our shuttle to the airport so early (4:30 am), the staff actually handpacked juice and danishes for us in lunch bags to have something to eat on the way! What a great experience!

“Great hotel overall”

This was my 1st visit to California in which I needed to make my own hotel arrangements. From beginning to end this was a great experience. Although the parking garage IS a little confusing once you're inside the first time. However it's free parking, so a little confusion in exchange for no fees is fine by me! Everything you might need during your stay is within close proximity. The surrounding neighborhood might be a little less attractive than what you would expect by having such a nice hotel room. Bring a GPS with you to help navigate the streets and freeways!!! I cannot stress this enough, especially if you are not good with big city driving or directionally challenged, like myself. The hotel is in a perfect location to access just about any freeway you need to get to. The complimentary breakfast was convenient & always fresh to get your morning started. My only complaint is that there is a stove top in the room, however it is not functional! So don't freak out when you dont feel any heat coming from it....you didn't break it. Other than that everything else was great! This hotel gets five stars in my book *****

The hotel is close to the airport but close enough to walk around and still see stuff (little shops and restaurants). The breakfast was like any other free breakfast which isgreat for me. The staff was great. I would stay again based on the price.

“What a deal!”

I could not have been happier with my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff very courteous. Though close to the airport, it was not in the planes' path so it was quiet. The room was huge (I could have put 2 cots in there), plus a full size fridge, microwave, and stove. Newspapers every day, wifi, and a public computer and printer for free in the lobby. If I have to complain about anything at all, it was a weak shower. There was even a washing machine and dryer on the floor. Oh and continental breakfast every day. It was really a great deal. I'll definitely be back.
