“A gem in Glendora”
Very pleased with the overall quality of the facility. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The public areas were very clean with impressive furnishings. The desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I plan to stay there again whenever in the area.
“The BEST choice in this area!”
This was the 4th time within 1-1/2 years that I've stayed at this hotel. There's always adequate parking, friendly greeting no matter who is at the front desk, plenty of food at the breakfast bar with coffee available anytime, and extremely clean rooms, pool, spa and fitness center. The atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. Reminds me of a quaint New England Inn with the atmosphere. The staff is helpful with anything you may need from extra towels to paper plates or plastic ware. The warm, freshly baked cookies at the front desk in the evening is a nice treat after a day of sight-seeing, business meetings or dropping your college student off at the APU campus. Thanks for the wonderful experience every time.

It was very clean and nice. It was a good location for activities at Azusa Pacific University.
“Adequate”
The room was clean, the bed and pillows were hard. Management really needs to remove the printed pieces of paper all over the lobby warning about being charged if someone not registered eats breakfast. This makes the hotel seem "cheap" not "upscale." Breakfast is just OK.
“Good hotel except for the train”
Front counter staff were pleasant. Room was nice. Too bad the hotel is right next to train tracks which end up disturbing sleep a couple times in the night. The hotel's guest accessible computer leaves a lot to be desired.
