"I selected this house because it is located near family that we have in town, it is dog-friendly, and has a fenced yard. In addition, it has plenty of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. It appears that the owners are working on updating the property, as portions are updated, but still dated in some areas. However, it was clean and comfortable.
