"This property was very clean, quiet, convenient and close to the beach. Bill, the owner, was very kind and let us check in early and check out late. He is on the property daily and always reachable for questions. This was a perfect spot for me and my 16 year old daughter. The only- and I mean only drawback was the pool was drained and not usable but, we were able to use the pool across the street. Stay here! You wont regret it!!"

"Amazing hotel. The kitchen has everything you need, room is very clean, pool is awesome, grounds are clean and beautiful. 5 minutes walk to the beach. I wish I could stay longer this time. Has 4 1 disabled parking spots. Thank you to the new owners for honering the old price I had reservations for. Next year we're planning to stay in Fort Lauderdale longer and this will be the first property I will call to check the pricing."

"We chose to stay at the hotel due to its beach access. Great location, clean modern rooms. The lobby was pretty cool. Parking is self park which is also one of the main reasons we decided to stay here. The only complaint I have is that AC unit in the room we had is right by the bed so when you sleep, you have cold air blasting at your head at close proximity. Staff was nice enough, allowed us to check out late. I would stay here again. "

"Dee Jay Beach resort is a great place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. Not only us it in a great location, our efficiency was comfortable and roomy. The owner was on site and attended to any needs we had. The backyard was a nice respite from the hectic travel and had a pool and lounge chairs to relax and rest. There was a shopping plaza a short distance away, which housed a super market, a diner, and so much more. A short drive, led us to a great area with lots of restaurants and shops. ...

"Hotel manager Francisco was fantastic! Went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Loved the location , the pool and palm trees made it a very private relaxing oasis. Francisco made us feel at home and was always available. We will definitely be back now that we’ve found this little gem!!!!"
