We had a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The hosts were quick to respond to messages before our stay and very kind during our stay. "Die Anleitung zur Nutzung der Biotoilette gab es leider nur auf norwegisch. Dank der Google Übersetzer App, klappte es aber. Das warme Wasser war den ersten Tag gelb, bis der Boiler einmal komplett geleert war, da Wasser und Strom im Preis enthalten sind, war das kein weiteres Problem. Der Weg zum Haus vom Parkplatz aus ist steil und bei regen sehr rutschig, dafür genießt man oben die Aussicht."

"We had a wonderful time in Viksdalen with our extended family. We had everything that we needed or could want in the house. We loved the separate lakeside cabin but wished that we had discovered it sooner, rather than at then end of the holiday. If we could have changed anything it would be that the wonderful view wasn`t obscured by the owners roofline. It is very peaceful here and if you like solitude then this place has it in covered."

Great location with multiple hiking areas, beautiful waterfalls, stave churches and everything you need nearby. Host was responsive and gracious. Would definitely recommend without hesitation!"

"My son his wife and their two children loved our stay at the Borg residence. It was spacious, quite and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were able to meet with our friends and mix with friendly and hospitable people. It's refreshing to be in an area with no crime where people are laid back and inviting.
