"The property is easily accesible, where the main building is just on the side of the main road. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, everything was explained to us clearly. The kitchen and bathroom were well maintained, the only downside was that the cabin is not newly decorated and has shown its age at some places. Otherwise, this is highly recommended for family and friends to stay close to the nature of Norway in an enjoyable way."

Even if we were a bit unlucky with the weather it did not matter much, because the views over the sea and mountains were always different, always spectacular, and there was tons to do: the Aquarium at Ålesund (which our 5-year old adored), Ålesund itself, Geiranger Fjord, and - beyond the tourist attractions - the island itself: there are some lovely walks and beaches here, and the island is...

"Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil da heller velge en av de oppussende leilighetene eller selve hotellet (evt en oppusset hytte). "

"We arrived late evening and were allocated apartment 1008. After searching, unfortunately, we were not able to find this and went back to the phone in reception and were given a different apartment which was excellent. We looked in daylight but never found 1008."
