"Hotel is ideally situated for getting about Krakow on foot, yet not too far from tram and bus stops. They're just a few minutes walk away. Even though our room overlooked the square, at night time it wasn't too noisy. Our pillows were too soft for us and it was no issue for the staff to change them. Breakfast was buffet style and a hot menu was available, mostly eggs (cooked various ways) sausages and pancakes. We had a jacuzzi bath in our room but it took the best part of an hour to fill up! If we had a complaint that would be it but we put it down to pipe work in an old city. Would we go back to this hotel - yes. "

"I had an enjoyable one-night stay at the Europejski. The hotel and rooms are a bit old fashioned, but for me that adds to the charm. The staff were very pleasant and my room was comfortable. It even had an outside terrace with a table and chairs (which I hadn’t expected). The hotel is very convenient for the bus and train stations and the associated shopping centre, and the old town is within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold foods. I would certainly stay there again the next time I am in Krakow. "
