“Brilliant stay”
Fab hotel in a great location. Room was spotless and really comfy. The staff were fab, service was brilliant, would definitely stay again
“Very central/ convenient hotel”
The staff at all levels were helpful. The food was good, especially the Surf & Turf fare. We had no complaints at all
“Excellent hotel and well situated”
Ideally situated between old Town Square and Wawel Castle area; both within easy walking distance. We had good rates for staying 4 nights with the excellent breakfast included. All the staff we encountered spoke fluent English and were universally helpful.
“Excellent location”
Great modern hotel located just on the edge of the old town and all the excellent restaurants as well as Wawel Hill. Good for public transport, too - to go by coach to Saltmines is much cheaper than to take pre-booked tour. The only disadvantage were the room-"keys" made out of wood to be "green" - great idea but did not work in 80% of cases ... and Reception was well aware of this problem.
“Beautiful hotel, perfect location”
We stayed at the Radisson SAS in Crakow for 2 nights in January 2008. It was our first time in the town. We were so pleased with the hotel. Firstly, it was clean. Secondly, the staff were first class. The bar on the ground floor was a perfect place to chat about the day we'd just had or the night we were about to enjoy! In short, the hotel was absolutely ideal for a short stay. Beautiful bedroom, great service, top location and above all, a great short city break.
“Reassuringly Expensive”
You get what you pay for here. Clean, modern hotel and friendly staff. Would definitely go back. Rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated with little fuss and the original artwork on show adds a degree of uniqueness. Ideally position for sight seeing and shopping in Krakow.
“Good Location”
Good location for walking to the main square-about 5 mins. Expensive bar though.
“Good hotel at good location”
We couldn't fault the hotel and a standard room is a good size. My only comments are that for a five star, we couldn't tell the difference between this and any other four star hotel. The breakfast was very expensive if you opt for a non-inclusive deal - 95 PLN each, and when we could get a perfectly good breakfast for two at a cafe for 40 PLN. The location was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.
“Hotel exceptionnel”
“first choice to stay in krakow”
underground parking. modern rooms. friendly helpful staff
