“I'll stay here for my next trip to Krakow”
I was on a 5 day business trip to Krakow. Staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived to the day I left. Room was comfortable, spacious and kept very well. One down side was the lack of wine choice in the bar (one red / one white) but it is a new hotel and I can understand why they have limited choice. Food was interesting and served in a pleasant atmosphere. Value for money - fantastic. :-)

Excellent service and accommodation, steam room and sauna free to guests was a nice extra, very helpful staff and nice food.
“Beautiful Krackow hotel”
The hotel was terrific, staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is brand new and everything is built too a very good standard. We were very impressed with it and would love to go back.
“Galaxy Review”
First surprise - no iron facilities in room and when asked for one was told had to pay to get ironing done. Second surprsie - no fridge in room, but hotel staff said i could us the hotel's one in the kitchen for my food, that was awkward but OK, third surprise, I had a very early check out and they wanted to know if they could give me a breakfast pack I was expecting to be charged for it but wasn't so this was a nice surprise, overall OK, TV reception kept cutting out and very limited English programming, overall though staff were very nice and it was a good location although not in the heart of town was next to Vistula river and a nice shopping centre
