Had balcony, unable to open, asked but no one came to help, I gave up too easily. No safety features in tub/shower like bath mats and grab bars. Breakfast buffet was a disorganized stampeded."

"The staff of the hotel and adjoining restaurant Bacaro were outstanding, with service that went above and beyond. The breakfast that was included had a huge variety of hot and cold dishes that were prepared fresh by the chef each morning. Hotel staff provided extremely helpful and detailed information on local transportation such as the Metro, bus, and hop on/hop off buses, even suggesting which routes and days to avoid extra crowds due to an international football event (which we had no idea was happening). "
