"Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. "Unit was very nice. Very comfortable for 2 people. I would recommend highly. Only minor suggestions... give an exact address. Needed to drive around about 5 minutes trying to match picture to unit. Check out the kitchen sink faucet. When you pull out the faucet from the holder for spraying, we found a leak in the hose. you may be getting water damage..."

"Property feels unsafe as it is opened for anyone to walk in through the back gate. Main lobby door is always open, and seems extremely unsafe for that reason. Our room had a 12ish inch tv. Internet was extremely slow. Property management don’t try to work with you at all regarding schedules etc. you are able to hear everything in other rooms as well. "

"Great home base for our long weekend in Sedona. Short drive to hikes and the Sedona main drag. The grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops were within a block. We had cooler temps but enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. We ran out of time to play pickleball but the condo overlooks the courts and did have equipment to play."

"Easy virtual check in. Unit as it appears in pictures just a bit more worn. Comfy beds baths just fine. Kitchen a little light on ordinary items like salt/pepper and dish towels and adequate glassware. All were taken care of with a phone call to property managers. Location is amazing if you want incredible views and trails right outside your door. Traffic in Sedona is miserable so it was nice to be a bit removed from the chaos. Will definitely book this place again when returning to Sedona."

"This property is absolutely amazing! The story and history behind this property are mind blowing and luckily there are tons of historic photographs and literature in the house that detail all of it. It’s very close to all of the restaurants and shops so it’s super convenient, yet removed enough to be peaceful and quiet. The property is spacious, clean and had everything I needed.
