Better than a hotel, better than a time share. Upgrade your vacation and stay in a large, well appointed upscale town home located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. We mention in our headline that our unit is clean because if you've ever rented out a home before, you've more than likely experienced the nightmare of checking into a house that does NOT look anything like the photos you saw online and was filthy dirty. We make sure all of our pillows, beddings, towels, etc. are always fresh and up to date. Add to that the fact that we have the best cleaners in Sedona and you're guaranteed a fresh, clean destination with NO bad surprises. As a matter of fact, many of our former guests have even commented that the townhome looks better in person than it does in the pictures. We own this townhome as well as the townhome right next door, so we have two units connected to each other! This means that if you have a large group of family you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large family get together. The two units can accommodate up to 8 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars. As far as the location of the townhome, we are located IN SEDONA, with gorgeous red rocks right outside the front door! You can practically see Bell Rock from the front porch, truly an amazing sight. However, if you read our reviews, you may notice that some of our past guests make mention that we are "near Sedona" or "just outside of Sedona". To be clear, the townhome is 100% located in Sedona. The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Our townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona which we believe is the nicest area due to the natural beauty and peacefulness. I believe that the reason people think we are "just outside of Sedona" is because we are about six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is basically the "downtown" area with lots of restaurants and shops. This area is a nice place to make a quick visit to do some shopping, but not the best area to spend your entire trip. When my wife and I go to Sedona it's to have a nice break from our daily grind and to see the natural beauty of the area, which is why we love the Village of Oak Creek. And we believe that once you visit Sedona, you too will agree that the Village of Oak creek is by far the nicest part of Sedona! Our newly renovated town home is located across the street from the Oak Creek Country Club and we have red rock views from every room! Also conveniently located across the street from a quaint bakery (that serves Starbucks coffee), 1/2 mile from the award winning Italian Restaurant Cucina Rustica, as well as having local grocery stores, other restaurants, etc. Sleeps 4 very comfortably. Recently renovated and nearly everything inside is brand new. We walked to Bell Rock right from the condo. That was so convenient because we could see the parking lot there was full when we arrived and when we finished our hike. We bought steaks and sides for dinner to cook, and the kitchen and outdoor grill was perfect for this. Beautiful weather to sit on the balcony and enjoy a bottle of wine in the evening watching the shadows on the red rocks while the sun went down. You should bring your own HDMI cables if you want to use the TV's.All that said, the townhome is in a beautiful location about a mile from Bell and Cathedral Rock hiking, and Sedona is a few miles up a gorgeous but often crowded road. The host is extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to our questions. The condo is located in the quiet village of Oak Creek, about 15 minutes from the center of Sedona. We were away from the crowds, yet it was a short gorgeous drive into Sedona through the beautiful red rocks. There are a number of places to eat in Oak Creek and a delicious bakery right across the street. Cusina Rustica, a fabulous restuarant is about a mile down the road. The condo has a small patio on the back, and we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings. Just be aware that the condo is 2 stories with both bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a small covered balcony and private bath. In each bedroom, the beds can be made into 2 singles or a king. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. There is a private parking lot and 2 spaces for each condo. The condo is definitely a good value and lives up to its description. ##### Christine N. It was on the main stretch not too far out from downtown Sedona! The beds were super comfy, kitchen full stocked with supplies and loved the small patio and grill. This is a great place to stay for hiking in the Sedona area! Amazing views in a quiet area, close to great hikes, easy and short drive to uptown Sedona. The townhome was very spacious for our family of 3 and extremely well-stocked and clean. Washer & Dryer in the unit on second floor with bedrooms. It was an easy stay and we needed easy! We arrived on a late flight into Phoenix, so it was very late when we arrived. It was so nice to arrive to the home and know we didn't need to stop on the way to grab essentials. They had everything! Toilet paper and papertowels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even coffee, filters, creamer, and a variety of sugars! Plenty of space. Nicely decorated and clean. Super convenient location--breakfast and dinner spots right across the street. Located in the middle of evey touristy spot we had planned to visit. We had a great time. Beautiful!!!! ##### M S. Great layout for our family. Views from both bedroom balconies. Walked to grocery store and bakery. Quick drive to several trailheads. Phenomenal sunrise hike at Cathedral Rocks. ##### Heather C. I know some complained about being on the highway but it wasn't too bad even when i opened the window at night. Sedona is so busy that we enjoyed being south in Oak Creek area - had a great meal at Rustica (walking distance). And excellent communication when I booked. Thank you ##### molly h.
