"The property was beautiful! Was disappointed with the bathroom. The bathroom was huge but yet the sink/counter was only 3.5 feet long with minimal counter space. The toilet was SO LOUD it would wake the other person up in the middle of the night. The shower water pressure was non-existent and impossible to feel clean. The water did not get very hot. Overall for it being the Westin I was disappointed with the rooms. The staff were amazing, the pool and property were great. "

However, this was an anniversary trip for us and the room that we had booked was pretty important to us. The staff were not at all sympathetic or even helpful, only telling us to just check back the next day to see if another room was available. We bypassed the front desk and found the HR office where the lady there was so very nice and immediately...
