One of the first issues was when we arrived, the drive wasn't plowed, only the stairs and a few feet shoveled. When booked it said firewood provided, none was there when we arrived. When I called they said they don't provide wood but different booking sites say different things and Expidia is one that advertises falsely. They apologized and said they would reimburse...

"The room had just been cleaned when we checked in. The chemicals were very strong smelling and my husband had a difficult time breathing due to the smells. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud and it turns on automatically with the bathroom light. There were not any screens on the windows. We had the windows open all night to let the smells out and all sorts of bugs got in. The view was beautiful. "

Lil home away from home in a room!
"Only stayed overnight but very happy with my experience. Check in was very easy and the gentleman that checked me in was very kind and courteous. This place is an older building, it’s been here for quite some time but they have done a great job of keeping it up and well maintained. It’s right off the highway so I expected it to be noisy but it wasn’t. There must be some extra buffering in the walls and windows somehow. Also did not hear my neighbors on either sides of me. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Very clean and inviting. Room has a small kitchenette area with a microwave, coffeemaker, small fridge and a sink. Lots of cabinets. Bathroom has a large shower stall and a toilet. Very clean. Queen sized bed, tv, desk and a chair all create a small home away from home type of feel. Wish I was staying longer, but only needed it for one night. The view out the window is of mountains and there are mountains all around this quaint little motel. This is a lil hole in the wall of a gem❤️❤️"
