"Loved the place!! Large comfy space. Rooms were nice and cleaned. Upon arrival the air conditioner in master bedroom was not working but Federico was on it! Once it was fixed it was perfect. They greeted us with some cold beer with chips and salsa. The only down fall was the walk down the pebble stone streets to go into town. "Beautiful property (la Estancia) and our room was perfect for our family. I thought the couch in the main room was a sofa bed (for our son) but we made do. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. We didn't cook (other than simple breakfast foods) but it had everything a cook would need. The patio was lovely and we enjoyed having coffee there in the morning. The property was quiet and peaceful, the grounds were lovely. Perfect distance from town to walk on the beach....

"The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. "We stayed a week here. Really quick walk to marina and the beach. Quick walk to Walmart for odds and ends as well. Really just a great location.
