"This house is beautiful and comfortable! It is a very quiet neighborhood, so you want to make sure you aren't planning an evening party! It was perfect for us! The host was very helpful and the house was stocked for the weekend. Would love to stay there again! It was just what we needed to get away and spend time together!"

"there was some construction activity on other side of lake that was a bit intrusive of the peacefulness; the one bathroom is attached to master bedroom, so that guest had to walk through master to use the toilet. (minor inconvenience); eating options were at quite a distance, since the grille at the closest marina is closed M&T. I would recommend making this obvious in the listing, but the view was wonderful and I spent the day reading on the porch, which was very relaxing."

"Adorable cabin at the end of the lane. Excellent amenities, front porch was where we spent most of or time. Sweet little getaway for a couple or small family in excellent condition. However, it is small; one bedroom doubles as the television room. There are no laundry facilities, and no place to really "unpack." The only dining area is on the porch. Also, bring your own toilet paper. HOWEVER - the shower is surprisingly great! Four of us all got hot showers, and the pressure is better than we've...

"This little woodland cabin was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable beds, so many different places to sit and relax. The wrap around porch is definitely one of the best parts. We had storms while we were there and my daughter and I loved sitting out and watching the rain and lightning from the sofa outside. We, sadly, didn't get to meet Buster and Peanut as our trip was cut short due to illness (1 year old daughter with high fever), but hopefully will next time. We definitely want to stay again!"

"Well the VRBO website was down so check in was difficult and the owner was unavailable at the time we arrived. The cabin inside was clean but you should plan on bringing TP, paper towel and things like that. (There are stores nearby ) The control for the AC is not in the downstairs cabin where we stayed so we got hot at night and the porch facing the lake had not been swept or cleaned in awhile. The price and the location made up for the inconveniences so I’d definitely book again."

Beautiful property, lots of wildlife and an all around perfect place to casually enjoy the outdoors just north of Birmingham. We only stayed 1 night in one of the cabins but packed in a ton of fishing with a few buddies of mine and caught around 75 fish total. We enjoyed the expansive wrap round porch in the evening and morning with shared meals with the guys. Donald was so great to us and communicated...

"The owners/property managers thought of everything! We packed s’mores and board games/cards, but the home already had that waiting for us! The house was clean and rooms comfortable. Easy access to the water and floating dock with kayaks and a paddle boat. We had campfires every night with wood which was provided, and spent our days on the water. We will definitely be returning!!"

"The bed was broken. You would roll to the middle and sleep was impossible. The sheets on all three beds had debris on them and hair. House did not smell clean sheets and bedding smelled unwashed. Parking was difficult especially if you brought a boat. Roads in to property are not paved. We had a truck and still had issues navigating the road.
