Per VRBO rules: If you do not follow this house rule (for safety reasons) you will be asked to leave. If you have invited guests beyond the stated reservation number, you must let owner know accordingly.  
  
The cleaning fee is for reasonable cleaning and sterilizing. Any excessive dirtiness, trash, debris inside or outside cabin - will be charged extra.  
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness inside and outside the cabin & property during your stay.  
  
Children should, at all times, be supervised by adults and for their safety, at our property at all times. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by children.
