"We had a great time! We wanted to get away and relax for a few days and this house was perfect for that. It was very close to downtown but also private. We made good use of the kitchen and the screen porch. Rick was responsive and everything was easy and quick."

"The condo was so nice; perfect location, clean and great view. Even though there was some remodeling and improvements going on, it was quiet. We visit several locations along the Gulf of Mexico in Florida, and we really liked it. If flying in from the North Midwestern States it can be a long day, but I imagine driving in would be a breeze. We already booked for next year !!!"

"We were delighted with our stay at Island Vibe on SGI. The location is perfect, everything you need is walkable or bike-able, the condo is steps away from the ocean. The master suite faces the ocean with a private balcony, we slept with the sounds of the waves every night. The main floor also has a balcony. The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities, we were even able to check-in early! The area was quite and perfect for family or a private get-away, we would definitely return!"

"This unit, and St. George Island, are a great place to visit of you want to getaway from crowds and sit on the beach! It is centrally located on the island, great for exploring. The unit itself was very nicely decorated and clean. The only downside is the two flights of stairs to get to your luggage up to the bedrooms."

"We love staying at the Villas The updated painting and patios look great Just would have been nice to know ahead that everyday starting at 0800 was going to be sanding, hammering and construction work. Missed sitting on the balcony with my coffee in mornings due to dust flying around outside. Updates are needed but would have liked to been aware that construction was taking place. No sleeping in for us :( Andrew is always great to work with see u next year hopefully construction is over."

"In reviewing other areas to stay on this property, this villa was one of the few that seems to be dog friendly, and that was very much appreciated. The view was perfect, as we enjoyed having two balconies to overlook the beachfront, and the location was within walking distance of several of our new favorite places to go. The interior could definitely be updated and a few areas could use a deeper cleaning. However, overall it was a great place to stay. Additionally, our property manager was...

"Property was awesome and perfect for what I was looking for. Very nice and comfortable unit. Will definitely be looking and inquiring on renting this place again in the future and will always check on this unit before any others for sure. It was just myself and my 7 month old little boy and his first time to the beach and seeing the ocean and playing in the sand. He loved it and was so fun to watch. I really really appreciate the opportunity to visit and stay in your place."
