"Overall nice accommodations for a 6 night stay for a family of 4. Check In was quick and the staff was nice. Unit was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything needed for prepping breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches and dinners. Main suggestion for improvement is a carpet upgrade. Came back to the unit after the first day on the slopes and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Told the front desk on our way out to dinner and they fixed it while we were out. "Super clean, really good condition, the king bed was very comfy and the double shower was awesome. Had to call the management company twice, once for early check in(way early!) And because of a front desk issue NOT related to the condo, both times they were super awesome "

"We did not receive any information about check in until arrival. Peyton was helpful and explained due to a scheduling error they had to "upgrade" us to a different unit. I received instructions via a phone call about how to check in. She walked me through the process and abruptly hung up. "We’ve stayed there before. It’s a nice, quaint place. The room was perfect for us! The only thing that was an issue was the slow water pressure in shower head. It took us twice as long to shower because of the low water pressure in the newly installed water saver shower heads. 2 nights we did bathed like that. I told the front desk about it and she said that all the shower heads got changed and that’s to be expected. Couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until someone from the hotel...

"I wasnt sure what i would get for the price, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, the deck pretty private, and it was very clean. I love the story of the hotel. The goofy owner is on tv when first turned on. I encourage you to watch it. The employees back it up. Can you do any better than vacation with a cause? Don't hesitate to.book."
