Located one mile from Temple Square and less than eight miles from the Salt Lake City airport, Little America Hotel offers 850 guestrooms on grounds that are landscaped with fountains, trees, and flower gardens.
Dining options include a coffee shop and a steakhouse, both of which are popular with locals and are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel also offers poolside meal service (surcharge). The 24-hour business center provides high-speed Internet access (surcharge), a color copier, secretarial and other business services. Luggage storage and express check-out as well as complimentary garage and outdoor parking are available during guests' stay.

The Little America Steakhouse - Prime rib, seafood, and steaks are on the menu at this casual restaurant with private alcoves and fireplace. Breakfast, lunch and dinner; daily breakfast and lunch buffets.
Coffee Shop - Airy and open, with a full wall of windows, this popular café draws locals who are on a first-name basis with the hosts. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
Wasatch Sports Club - Large-screen TVs, fireplace. Appetizers and drinks. Open from noon to late evening.
Le Petit Café - In the lobby. Pastries, coffee, milkshakes. Open early morning to evening.
Pool Service - Guests can dial from the poolside phone to have light snacks or full meals delivered.
Recreation
With two pools to choose from, guests can swim and lounge indoors, or outdoors in the sun. An on-site fitness center has elliptical trainers, free weights, and a 50-inch plasma TV. Saunas are housed in men's and women's locker rooms.
Guests at Little America have access to the Grand Spa at the neighboring Grand America hotel for in-house rates. The Grand Spa features separate women's and men's spa areas, with private treatment rooms, eucalyptus steam rooms, and saunas.
Alta and Snowbird ski resorts are about 25 miles away in little Cottonwood Canyon; Solitude and Brighton are about 30 miles away in Big Cottonwood Canyon; Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons are 34 miles away through Parley's Canyon. Ski passes are available.

“Comfortable and convenient”
Good location for visiting Salt Lake City near tram line free to downtown areas. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel Cafe was reasonable with good food. Free Wifi and parking helped!

It's a great hotel. Central location with access to a good restaurant. Free parking and free wifi is a big plus. I stay here several times per year and always look forward to the visit.

“Well worth the money!!!!”
For the money i don't know that you could beat it. We stayed in a tower suite. It was clean, conveinient, and the food wasn't to bad either. We'd stay there again. Room service was a little on the pricy side, but it is room service...
“SLC's Best”
Stayed over Presidents Weekend, what a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice, we decided to have dinner at the Cafe and the food was very good. It was soon good that we decided to have breakfast the next morning. This will be out go to hotel when we need to spend the night in SLC.
“Wow!”
The hotel experience was great from start to finish. I have stayed at other hotels charging the same as Little America, and the others have had far fewer amenities. I felt pampered and well-rested at the end of my visit.
“Best hotel in Salt Lake City!”
This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. My wife and I enjoyed the quick room service dining with many food options to choose from. We also loved the buffet breakfast in the morning. We had a great view and the room was very large. Stay in the tower for the best views and larger rooms.
“38 years and still more to go.”
We went to this hotel on our honeymoon, 38 years later they gladly accommodated us with the room we stayed in our first time to that hotel. Trax is out front and covers most of the things to do in SLC. We only had to drive to Trolley Square. We also love the cafe that is in the hotel. It has the best food. We loved our stay and hope you do to. We have been there many times over the years. The hotel management and servers never let us down.
“Clean, Remarkable Hotel...Luxury at its BEST!!!”
This hotel is a wonderful place to stay within walking or tram distance to downtown SLC. I stayed at this hotel for a week on a business trip. I was treated with respect and any problem or request that I had was full filled in remarkable fashion. I will stay there again in the future and i recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. There are many shops in the hotel you can find anything you need, if you forget something at home no worries it is probably sold in one of the shops right there at the hotel. It is very convenient and close to the airport, cabs and limo service are normally waiting outside if you have any transportation needs.

Very nice hotel, clean and well located. When I am in Salt Lake I will be staying here.
