"Lovely hotel. Brand new and clean. Great staff! Loved our breakfast choices. They helped me retrieve my loss necklace that had fallen out of my bag the night before at dinner. Front desk gal was wonderful and assisted me with that. We felt that our bed was a little bit too hard so they padded it for us. That was really cool that they went out of their way to make us happy and service our every need! Amazing sunset location at the beach! "

"Jago Gili Air is convenient and a great place to stay close to the harbour. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are the friendliest bunch we met during our 2 week stay (we stayed in 4 different hotels). The rooms are nice and cosy with big bathrooms. The pool is handy whenever we got too hot! You can rent bikes for about 50k/day which was great and also you can arrange snorkel trips with them. It was a great snorkel trip where we saw 4 different areas around the Gili Islands and even saw...

"Hani hideaway is a little hidden gem and nothing short of idyllic. Everything was five star quality but what really made it so special for us was the amazing staff. The personal touch and attentiveness was like nothing else we’d experienced before. Everyone was so kind and couldn’t do enough for us . Our only regret was not booking this beautiful place for longer and we would without doubt go back to Hani Hideaway on our next visit to Gili Air. "

"Look no further! Book here! This property is absolutely immaculate! I can’t fault a thing. Comfy beds, amazing pillows, good aircon, excellent shower pressure. The staff went above and beyond and are so polite. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle but still within a super easy walking distance to the beachfront / wharf area. Bicycles are available to ride around the island free of charge. They provide pool / beach towels which was super handy. Highly recommend this property...

All of the staff remembered our names and helped us throughout our trip. Highly recommend doing the sunset cruise on their private catamaran. My husband and I felt like royalty. "We loved our stay at Villa Nero! Staff were very kind and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, which can be nice to be away from the loud bars at night. Really a good deal for the price and we would definitely stay again! Google maps did unfortunately take us down roads that were not paved the first time with our luggage. Not anything to do with the property itself, but we do recommend going the route with paved roads when you're wheeling your...
