“Excellent place to stay!”
Staff were very helpful. Room service was very prompt. Definitely staying here again !
“Elegant”
This is a beautiful hotel with old world charm. The location in Florence could not be better, convenient to everything. The staff was spectacular. The breakfast was very good. Even though it was a buffet, the service staff was incredibly attentive. The negatives were that the room was warm, as they have no AC, and there wasn't any circulation. Also, the bed was too hard for our taste, but this seems to be somewhat typical for European hotels. In the future, I would ask for a room on a lower floor which would probably help to alleviate the heat problem.

Fine hotel In a great location,comfortable rooms ,friendly staff in the center of a beautiful City.I would Imagine that because of It's Quality and Location this would be the preferred option of a lot of people.Breakfast was good and varied,I never tried the restaurant because there were a lot of places to eat In the Immediate vicinity.I would rate this hotel as a good 4* plus.Great place right In the center of everything.
“An excellent Hotel”
If you want to be right in the City Center, this Hotel is for you. We were there in the middle of an amazing heatwave and had to spend more time then you would usually want "inside", but that was ok as the hotel is very nice, the staff friendly (but overworked!) and the clima kept nicely cool inside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and everyone is amazingly friendly. I would recommend this hotel to any friend without hesitation.
“Wonderful Experience”
Great location....wonderful decor of lobby, bar and room. Great mattresses! There is street noice, but that is everywhere in Florence..very active city. Very hot in rooms, but it was cold outside, so OK. Didn't eat meals there, but enjoyed bar. We extended our stay there by two days instead of going out to villa in Tuscany. We just took day trips out and came back to our great room and hotel!
“Good value for the Money should be a five star hotel!”
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive, we even stayed an extra night. I highly recommend it, it is very well located.
