"i especially appreciate the prompt communications and cleanliness of the apartment.
three small things:
it would be helpful to have a cleaning rag to use on floor spills,
i would have enjoyed upgraded sheets, and
the porch got great morning sunshine, but it was quite dusty. perhaps your yard crew could use their leaf blower on the porch when they come through?
these are minor things. my stay was great. thank you."

"Great Location - but the listing does not tell you this a shaed house - this is a shared property and the sound proofing between units is not very good"
"An interesting long term accommodation opportunity. Because they have permanent residents, all three meals are provided. Breakfast is included; lunch and dinner are optional.
Staff are friendly and willing to help in any way.
Location faces south and is close to downtown, a huge public park (Beacon Hill Park) and a quaint "Cook Street Village" where you have access to everything from coffee to pharmacy.
Across the road is the ocean and a very long public walkway which is very popular with the...

"The staff was very nice and efficient and made a special Birthday trip even more special by upgrading us to a loft room with view of the garden and water. The unit looked renovated and was super spotless (and I am a clean freak!). The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows, it was like sleeping on a cloud. There was also a kitchen that we did not really use, but it was nice to have a full size fridge and microwave. The exterior was very pleasant, with garden, flowers, pond and a veggie garden. The building was adorable at night completely illuminated. I liked having parking with a choice of garage or outdoors but there was a cost of $15 per night. The breakfast buffet was delicious with eggs, meat, pastries, fruit, etc.. The location was very convenient, seemed safe and was quiet at night, a couple of blocks away from the Parliament Building, across the street from the water and within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. One comment to the staff: it would be nice to have a full size mirror in the room, or any mirror at all, so 2 people can get ready at the same time without both being in the bathroom. All in all, it was a great stay and I will definitely go back if I am ever in Victoria again."

"Clean and updated rooms, great shower, comfortable beds. Having the diner attached was great, and the media/games room is a nice touch. The staff was super helpful, and the service was noticeably better than a lot of other places I've stayed. Price was good as well, I would stay again without hesitation, and would recommend to friends."
