“Great hotel”
We arrived early and they graciously found a room and checked us in before noon. Hotel has a great breakfast restaurant and buffet breakfast. We accidentally left some items in the closet and the head housekeeper called and she is sending the items to our home address (we did have to pay for the shipping which was expected). It was close to a great off leash dog park and also to our friends who we were visiting. Discovery Park is across the street for anyone with children who want to make it a destination stop.
“Vallejos Best hotel”
Our stay was awsome, right across the street from six flags discovery kingdom, we walked instead of driving.. Great place to stay.
“Very nice!!!”
Defintely the best hotel for visiting Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. Literally right across the street, although it is still a 10-min walk to the front gate. You also save on parking since parking costs $15 at Six Flags. I believe the hotel was recently renovated. Rooms are new and very comfortable. Queen-sized beds (in double rooms) and tons of soft pillows were just what we needed after a long day at the park. Front-desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The pool was not heated during our stay. Although it was July, the water was a bit cold. NOTE: Vallejo is not LA. Of our three days at the hotel, one day was very cold that we actually had to put on light jackets when visiting the park. Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is actually a very nice theme park for the family, especially if you have kids younger than 12. It is a combination of a zoo and lots of rides for the young ones (although there are some rides that will entertain the older teens as well as scaring the ghost out of the parents).
“Recommended”
I would stay at this hotel again. It is within walking distance of Six Flags. The room was a bit small, but the beds were comfortable and clean. The parking lot has plenty parking spaces and is well lit.
“Very impressed”
We stayed at the Marriott when it was the Holiday Inn and were not impressed with it then, but decided to give it a second try. It was greatly improved. It was very clean, friendly staff and convient to Six Flags. We even had some excitement when the fire alarm went off. No fire though. Nice place to stay.
“Nice clean hotel”
Not very fancy, but a clean, well kept hotel. The location is also perfect if you're traveling to San Fran or any of the surrounding areas.
“Sin's Sweet 16”
For my nieces sweet 16 I (and other aunt an uncles) surprised her with an all expense 2 night stay @ the Marriot/movies close by for her to watch The Eclipse/ Dinner @ local restaurants and of course Discovery Kingdom, when we checked in it was very nice, we were able to check our rooms before checking in they were very accommodating...several of my niece"s cousins live near by so when asked if we can have a little lunch gathering, the desk clerk suggested the swimming pool (minus glass cups for drinking). She was aloud several guests at the pool as long as there was no alcohol or loud noise...our noise level was medium but we got no complaints...she loved her sweet 16!! thank you!!
“Relaxing”
We were going to the Indy 300 and this hotel was close; so close that it only took 15 minutes to get to the track on race day. Although not there for long, we were relaxed and comfortable in our surroundings.

The hotel was a great location, great price and great service. I will stay again at this hotel when I am in the area again.
“Nice Hotel”
It was a nice, clean, safe and comfortable place to stay near the Napa Valley and lots of shopping. Unfortunately, the Six Flags amusement park across the street was closed while we stayed there but it looked like a lot of fun.
