“Great Hotel”

Fantastic value. From having your own personal Jacuzzi to great customer service, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I cant recommend this hotel enough!

“Best hotel I've stayed in of it's kind”

We came up for three days - combination of business and pleasure. The staff was awesome, the hotel was very clean and well supplied. Loved the extra touch of the continental breakfast service by the elevators in addition to the hot breakfast inside. I would definitely stay here again! Even nicer than most of the bigger chains I stay in for business most of the time. Also nice to have the mall, and great restaurants within walking distance!

“It was wonderful”

The garden area was beautiful and our room was lovely. Every employee was helpful and they were all so happy it made our stay fantastic.

“Extremely friendly for pets and people”

This is a great Eureka hotel. The staff is very friendly. Pets get royal treatment. The location is very convenient: near the Eureka mall and decent places to eat. It's about as good as accommodation in Eureka gets.

“Very clean, good size room.”

Room was very good. Super clean. Only the desk chair and the other chairs were extremely low (I am a tall person) and uncomfortable. The same chairs were in the breakfast room. However, a recliner was in our room, which compensated for the very uncomfortable chairs. The only thing that bothered us was a musty smell. Almost like fresh paint or something like that.

“Great hotel but didn't like Eureka”

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our issue is that Eureka was bigger and busier than expected as we had travelled from a much quieter area.

“High standards”

Everything was great, including the wonderful (offseason?) quiet. The pool area where we were could be noisier when the weather is warmer, however. Only small complaint is the breakfast. The scrambled eggs did not seem fresh, more like a mix with powdered eggs; and more low fat, whole grain items would be nice, The paper toweling available in the parking area was a very nice addition to dry a wet windshield in the A.M. The rates are high, but you do get your money's worth.
