"This was my second time staying at Dann Cartagena and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was upgraded to a ocean view room which was amazing as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff is amazing and service is top notch. I have stayed at other hotels in Cartagena and both my daughter and I prefer Hotel Dann. I highly recommend it."
