"Met at the airport and driven to a tiny entrance door in the wall of a maze! Once inside the cool reception area a few formalities were covered, and I was shown to my room. "Beware: We booked a double room which clearly says air conditioning in the description but when we entered the room there was no air conditioning. When we asked the staff, they just gave us another room. If there was no availability we could have been stuck in a room that has no air conditioning. Also the rooms were above a common area where people were eating and drinking late at night so we didn’t a restful stay. Otherwise it’s a great place for the money and free airport transfer is great. "

"We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. Breakfast was very good buffet style with a lot of choice. Nice pool area to sit by...

Morocco is fast becoming the number 1 tourist destination with investment in luxury hotels marrakech is no exception...This hotel is a little out of town but has an excellent local bus service or taxis. The park and hotel are clean and safe. A special mention should go the the grounds team who design an keep the fardens. If like me an elderly traveller you need space away from the family area.
