"We had three generations of family staying here and the space was perfect! We loved sitting out on the veranda, everybody had a comfortable bed to sleep in and lots to do! We would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed the spot, and the cottage. We were VERY disappointed that this was advertised as a 2 bathroom cottage. It is 1 bathroom, with an outhouse toilet! We booked specifically due to the fact it was supposed to be 2bath, 2 bedroom. No where in the information did it say that the second bath was only an outside toilet with no sink or shower. Also disappointed with the hosts reply, when I emailed her!!"

"Overall we had a great stay and the owner was quick to respond and even took the time to meet up. The property has a couple of really nice decks and it seems the prevailing wind is towards the house which has a nice cooling effect, and will push boats back towards shore in case legs are tired. Many sights are within 25-60 driving if the property. Cleaning could have been better and the lack of wi-if (was not listed as amenity, but we felt it’s a normal expectation nowadays) was disappointing...

"The house was exactly as advertised, my wife and I, daughter, granddaughters (13, 11) and brother-in-law stayed at the house. There was plenty of room for all of us, and for us to each have our own space. The toys (canoe, paddle board, etc, was perfect, something for all of us. My granddaughter’s when fishing for the fist time and loved it as they caught fish everyday. Ken, was very responsive from the day we booked it, to the day we left. I highly recommend the home, and plenty of sightseeing...

"Nice 3 bedroom house with everything you need. Well stocked kitchen (spices, oil, coffee stuff, paper towels, cooking and grilling tools, plenty of dishes, etc.) with all the appliances, outdoor grill and dining area, large bathroom with tub/shower combo plus a clothes washer and dryer, and the TV is great! The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Great place for 4 adults to hole up as Hurricane Fiona hit Nova Scotia."

"We went there for Christmas with our kids and friend. Place is clean, charming. Lot of stuff for kids, toys, games, books, plastic dishes, high chair. Living room is spacious, with view on lake. The fire place works great, quiet area with a small convenience store a little further. You'll have to drive around 40 minutes to do your groceries. One of our best stay !!"
