"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

It's got great F&B offerings. A lovely pool and within walking distance of several restos and cafes. We're saddened that it's closing its doors soon which is why we decided to stay one last time. "

"Everything was great. I would suggest cleaning the windows so that guests could enjoy the view from their rooms. We had an amazing view that was ruined by terrible water streaks on the glass. Also the room service took quite a while so order in advance. Other than that the staff was very nice and helpful, I would recommend this hotel."
