"Everything about the room was good but the checkout point left a bit to be desired. When I checked in on May 8th I was told by that person that there would be someone to check out the room on May 9th in order to get my $150.00 deposit back. Well when I got to 10:00 p.m. Pacific time and ready to check out the front desk clerk was hesitant to check out my room. He said that housekeeping does that in the a.m. I said (conveying frustration) that I needed to check out so I could get on a Amtrak...
