“Family friendly and great location”
I loved staying in the heart of downtown. It was nice to be so close to Temple Square and there is a TRAX Station right in front of the hotel which made all of downtown easily accessible. The room was large and clean and along with the crib they provided, free of charge, they brought an extra sheet which allowed a large play area for our infant.
“Best location in SLC”
This is the best location, easy access to everything. The restaurant is great, too. Parking is handy.

Great location, opposite a train stop, within walking distance to Mormon Temple and Tabernacle. Comfortable, clean.

EXCELLENT customer service from front desk staff. Our first-class greeting at check in set the stage for a wonderful stay. Many wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby are was warm and welcoming. Great location in close proximity to food, shops, museum, and light rail. Good value for lodging cost.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've had in a long time. Slept well the first night which is unusual for me. Also, the restaurant was very reasonable.
“Stay here you won't be sorry”
This was a most pleasant experience. From the driver that picked me up at the airport, to the bell man that helped me to the room to the front desk that got me into my room sooner than I thought possible. And that was only the first day. Excellent location to all things exciting and new. Temple Square, City Creek Shopping Extravaganza, the Gateway Shopping Mall, The convention center. Best possible location. I ordered room service from the JB's restaurant downstair the first night and it was excellent. Quick, friendly service, and the food was great. I'll be back in SLC again real soon and I will definately stay here again. I highly recommend.

I like this hotel because everything was close. I did not drive at all to go the place I wanted to.

Our stay at the Plaza was wonderful. It was right where we needed to be. The atmosphere was elegant, but very laid back and inviting. I plan to go back to Salt Lake in the future and will definitely stay at the Plaza when I do.
