"The location to Goat Island was great - only a one mile walk to the Falls. You can either walk down the level street to the bridge or across the street into the park and down 54 metal stairs to a nice scenic walk in the park. (I only mention the metal because some dogs are afraid of those.) The townhome was clean and comfortable, but without carpets you can hear every footstep when someone is upstairs. "The house was quaint and delightful, and was located near all of the things we wanted to do. The house was furnished with everything needed for the few days we were there."

"Martins house was perfect for our needs. We could easily walk to Niagara Falls State Park and even across to Canada. The house was clean and in good repair. Martin met us at check in and was very friendly. The only downside is the neighborhood is a little rough. Martins house is nice, but there is an abandoned building next door and others nearby."

"All good except room furniture had plenty dust on it and breakfast items don’t get replenished until you ask the staff multiple times (this was our experience an hour before breakfast ends on both days of our stay)"

"Inside reminds me of the house I was when I was young. Owner is working on the apartment and I’m sure remodeling will be done in the future. The inside is like the pictures. The outside doesn’t reflect the inside. Needs some TLC overall a good spot for a few days."
