"The service was top notch. My Butler, Adrian, was very attentive. The food and food choices at the different restaurants were great. There was wildlife around the property but that wasn't a problem at all. There was seaweed at the beach but the Hotel was making an effort to remove it everyday. Would definitely stay again. "

"We love Occidental at Xcaret because we love seeing wildlife when we travel. We also love seeing ruins and learning about the early history. The resort is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and there are plenty of food choices. We are vegan, so enjoy the many vegetables, fruits, beans and grains available. We also loved snorkeling in the circular stone ocean inlet. So many fish, corals, anemones in a protected area."

"Honestly I loved staying here. Such a nice place with friendly staff. If I needed anything they were right on it! Our ac wasn’t working when we got there & they fixed it in a timely manner and were super friendly about it. They have clean pools & just overall great amenities. COME HERE you won’t regret it!!"

"Everyone that works there is great at their jobs and super friendly. The hotel and its grounds are spotless. The food at all the restaurants and the buffets are way beyond expectations. "

"The room was lovely and clean, and we had a beautiful view of the garden and the ocean. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and generous. We only faced one issue where we called room service and requested 4 bathrobes and slippers, and we never received them. One of the days, the water stopped working in the bathroom but they were extremely quick to resolve the issue. Overall it was a wonderful stay, we definitely recommend this resort to everybody."
