"As always, my room was clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning in my room was cooling, but was not cooling as well as it should have been. I didn’t bring it up to management because by the time I discovered this, I was unpacked and settled. My 100 year old mother was with me and for her the air-conditioning was sufficient. I didn’t want to be disturbed by having Maintenance in our room so I simply lowered the thermostat as low as it would go and made do."

"The room was clean & spacious, could have used more pillows but overall was fine. The pool area looked great—but later in the evenings it does get quite noisy just keep in mind if your room is nearby. Breakfast is good but they could change it up a bit —instead of sausage all the time maybe ham or bacon, pancake or waffle maker wud be good too! "

"It was a nice place to stay for what I had to do in Williams. But it is far from perfect. It was basically clean and comfortable, but you can see scuff marks and ships and paint and such. The hotel is right off the freeway, which is great, But there’s not a whole lot around it besides fast food, gas stations, and another hotel. Fortunately, Williams is a small town. The staff was friendly enough, but definitely not go out of their way friendly. The hot water in the shower could’ve been hotter,...

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
