“1st time in new york made easy with expedia”

“NYC at Christmas”

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. Didn't eat in the hotel so cannot comment about the food but the 'cookies' were very nice!!

“New York City/Manhattan area”

Convenient location, close to Macy's/Madison square 1-2 blocks away. Times square about 5 blocks from the hotel and close to subway. Recommend booking tour bus to get to other tourist sites eg. Statue of liberty, Chinatown/Little Italy etc.

“Great Hotel in Midtown”

The Hilton Garden Inn was in a great location in midtown. We were walking distance to most of the attractions. The concierge was very helpful in answering any questions we had about things to do in Manhattan and the surrounding area. The room was always cleaned properly and the staff were courteous and helpful. I always felt safe and well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

“Finally a bed bug free hotel in NY!!!”

My fiancee and I were looking for an inexpensive and CLEAN hotel to stay overnight at when we went to see a Broadway show. The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect choice! Not only did I get a great deal on the room, but after checking the bed bug registry, which had many reviews of no sightings!, decided I had to give this place a try. The location was right off Harold Square and had very little foot traffic for New York. The staff was so nice and helpful with everything we needed, The only reason I gave the room a 4 instead of 5 is because the bed could have been a little softer, but that was really nothing huge. I plan on going back in July for our honeymoon and I will definitely be booking with them!

“Can't wait to visit again!”

Super clean, super nice staff, great little bar in lobby, 24/7 pantry with wine. Location is centrally located. Price was amazing. We will stay again!!!

We had to use the concierge a couple of times to make reservations for dinner. Monique was very, very accommodating. However the next day we had to use someone else to inquire about tix for Ground Zero. This person should have told us that there was a place to get tix near the Memorial. Instead we had to go back to room and go on line on our IPAds to do so since this is what she told us to do. Tom the next concierge gave us great directions to get out of the city by car. The hotel staff was wonderful. The cleaning staff did not replenish used coffee nor clean out the coffee maker but did leave fresh linen.
