"After a few years going backwards, it seems this hotel took a new air (management) and is going back on track. The location is ideal, yet, they have to do something with the car entrance. On weekends the small street leading to the hotel is used as a parking lot for the theater beside and the cable car facility. Thus, it's a battle to go in or out (taxis needed to get us down one block away). "

"The room was great and very comfortable. The reception also spoke great English and helped me when I arrived earlier than the regular check in time. Breakfast wasn’t that great as the main buffet came out later than expected, but the views from the rooftop cafe were unparalleled. Overall a great place to stay in Almaty and I’d definitely be back."
