"Over all it was comfortable and we had no problems or issues. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The only minus is that we thought the room could use some maintenance. The wallpaper was pealing in places and some odd old fixtures were left in the room, an old TV shelf, old curtain rod holders, and some things we couldn't identify - things that weren't removed when new ones were put in. But, like I say, we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay."

"The hosts went above & beyond. The assorted specialty breakfast that Jill made every day was so tasty. I stayed in the Garden room and it was cozy. I highly recommend a stay here. "

"We had a wonderful time at mt aurora lodge. Kate and Jeff are hospitable and knowledgeable about aurora timing and woke us up immediately when the aurora showed up during the night. Seeing the northern light is breathtaking experience! Although the level is 2, we can clearly see the northern light due to clear and dark sky. Breakfast has Muffin, toast, egg, beacon, juice, milk. They also provide cereal, hot/cold water, hot chocolate, microwave, fridge in the lobby. WiFi in the lobby is good. $10...

"Hotel is a vintage building. Room was small but very clean. Bathroom was vintage but water pressure and temp were fine. It took awhile to get into the building and reach our room because we couldn’t get someone to answer the phone and give us the entry code to the building and our room. Picture on website was not an accurate representation of our room. Would not recommend if you have difficulty climbing steps. "

"Walking distance to most and a majority of the staff was great. Property is a bit tired but warm and welcoming, bathroom was tiny and had no place for my toiletries and had no full length mirror. Breakfast was light but enough. Staff tried very hard to please guests. "
