"The house was pretty much as advertised, ideal for a family with infants, pre-teens and adults. It was close to shopping, dining and other local attractions. The owner was easy to communicate with. There are a few things I would have changed. As Xmas was on the normal trash pick-up day, there was no trash pickup from the previous renter's stay, so we had no where to store our refuse. "We stayed here after getting off our cruise to catch an early flight out of FLL the next morning. When we arrived, the girl at the lobby took our info and put us on a list for early check-in. We had them store our luggage and then we went to their pool for about an hour and a half. "Overall, it was good with lovely staff. The hotel is under renovation so the temporary lobby is at the back. The blind in our room worked with some effort and we had no hanging closet area. We had an accessible room without us requesting one. Although the breakfast was good, we felt that the charge of $12.99 per person was high when other hotel chains offer a similar breakfast without charge. "
