I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced. "We needed a place to stay when the Big as Texas event was taking place (we were vendors). It was less than 5 minutes travel between the Fair Grounds and the house. Access to the house and to the host was easy. The host was very accommodating when I had to add an additional day at the last minute."
