This living/dining area and a patio over the water of equal size is a great place to watch the lake and all the activity. Tie up your boat 10 feet from the front door. We have a laundry next to a second full bathroom . Memories are made at waterfront vacation. Outside upstairs over the water is a deck that is about 900 square feet. What a view! It has a sit down bar and a table of chairs There is nothing like this private property of over 2.55 acres anywhere with this view and access to many restaurants and stores within one mile. Also we have 4 RV/Motorhome Sites for Rent. One is waterfront on Lake Conroe. The others are just off the water. Each site offers 20/30/50 electric that includes water, sewer and internet. One block from Papa's Ice House, Sonic and next to Lakeview Marina. Reserve your rental today. Tie up your boat 10 feet from the door! Room for Trailer parking onsite. Easy walk into the lake access stairwell. Kitchen has pots, pans, glasses, silverware, stove, microwave and kitchen table with seating for 6 and 3 bar stools. Large patio with outside bar, tables and chairs. Get some sun, relax and watch the boating activities! This is 1 home on 2+ waterfront acres. You will be renting the home and have access to our private 110 foot long pier on Lake Conroe (see the photos). There is no fee for parking your boat on our docks. You may park your trailer on the pad site provided included with your Boat Docking spot. Let us know you are bringing a boat before your arrival. You can rent a boat lift when available. Inquire with the owner and provide length, width, make and weight to get a quote for daily, weekly or monthly rates. Boat and Kayak rentals are near by. Do you also want to throw an Event for up to 100 guests? If you want to have a daytime wedding reception, party or other event outside during your stay there will be additional charges. Contact us for a quote. We have 2 acres and can accommodate parties of up to 100 day visitors outside with plenty of parking. The fee for this is quoted based on the number of people and special arrangements made by the owner all in advance. Party hours are limited to 10 am to sundown no exceptions. You must book the home with up to 9 overnight guests to reserve the location days and nights and the day party can be added in by dealing directly with the owner or agent/rep in charge. We have had weddings, birthdays, holidays and all sorts of celebrations at this property. We can provide services to help you throw the party. We are easy to find: Hwy 105 West 7 miles from I-45, turn North to 844 Beach Walk Blvd, Conroe, TX 77304\. Right at end of the Cul-de-sac through gate. Séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Laura N. 3 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Boathouse Review We really enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse; I will say I wasn’t 100% sure from the pics and descriptions what we were walking in to but just needed a place to sleep and fish with the family for the weekend.The boathouse only has 1 full bathroom in it, which is located downstairs (shower, sink and toilet) - we never did try the other bathroom and were comfortable sharing the 1 between the 3 of us.Also downstairs is the only true bedroom; the king bed was comfy but little cramped fitting into the room - you have to crawl in from the front of the bed and there is no central AC in that room but they do have a split ductless AC unit and it worked well. Upstairs they have a queen Murphy bed and a Day bed and plenty of couches; we only used the Murphy and Day beds which were decent. I will say the sound system was nice but took forever to figure out how to turn it on and get it to work and wasn’t able to figure out the Bluetooth capabilities if it had any; it’s an older system and could use an update but the radio works just fine. The kitchen had all the essentials - they have a drip coffee make that has a built in bean grinder (no Kuerig)The outside dock for fishing was great but really narrow - there was no way to easily walk past each other with chairs out there but we made do!Communication wasn’t the greatest thru VRBO, but did leave their cell phone # when we did hear back Overall would stay again for the price ##### Laura N. There are "sleeping opportunities" in the shared common room that serves as the kitchen, sleeping area, and living room, but most people define a bedroom as a separate room with a bed and a closet. It should also say that one full bath is downstairs, and the other bath is in a detached garage 250 feet away from the main house. Other issues were a couple of roaches that found their way into our luggage, an odor in the house that wasn't enjoyable, and a small shower with a slow drain. We survived, but this will not be a repeat stay for us. ##### Matt B. Kitchen had all we needed. We were surprised that the bathroom was downstairs... I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7\. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced. The deck is the star and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Cindy B. It was easy to find - it was dark and raining when we arrived, so that should tell you something! You do have to walk about 20-30 yards from the parking spot to the house, so I'd recommend bringing a small folding wagon and umbrella just in case. The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could need. We didn't get to enjoy the fishing pier due to the weather, but it was so relaxing to stay in and enjoy the view with all the windows!
