She said yes you should have teabags in the room. We got up, no teabags. We called desk explained the situation again, she said shell send teabags. One hour later no teabags. I called again explained the situation again was told shed put me on hold while she calles the kitchen. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I had to...

"Huge room, great view, funky vibe. It is, however, on the automated check-in model. There was a staff person and phone support to help me navigate the glitches (e.g. my initial elevator code didn't work). But everything is designed to be online and this didn't appeal to me. Everything worked out though. Bear in mind the hotel occupies the top three floors of an office building so look for the Santander building lobby not a traditional hotel foyer. It is a quite cool place"
