Property Amenities
Located two miles from upscale Galleria Dallas shops, this Doubletree offers easy access to the LBJ Freeway and other North Dallas attractions. Complimentary scheduled shuttle service is provided within three miles from 6 AM to midnight (hours and availability subject to change).
Inside the striking fountain-filled atrium are sitting areas, a casual restaurant with buffet and à la carte dining, and a cocktail lounge. Wireless Internet access is complimentary amidst the greenery, and a workstation provides complimentary high-speed Internet access.
Guests also have access to a fitness center and outdoor pool.

Rooms include Sweet Dreams® by Doubletree Sleep Experience beds with plush-top mattresses that are triple sheeted with high-thread-count linens; down duvets; and a supply of jumbo pillows. Also included are comfortable upholstered chairs and ottomans, terry-cloth bathrobes, and clock radios with MP3 player connections.
Both wired and wireless Internet access (surcharges) are available. In addition, guests have complimentary access to a remote printer and can pick up their documents at the front desk.
Other amenities include multi-line phones with voice mail, complimentary local calls, pay movies, and video games (surcharge).
Smoking is not permitted inside guestrooms.
Dining
The Chef's Table - Casual restaurant in the atrium. American cuisine. Breakfast buffets with omelet station. Weekday theme buffets. À la carte menu available. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Terrace Bar and Grill - In the garden atrium near an indoor waterfall. Light fare and cocktails. Open from mid-afternoon to late evening.
Room service - Available from early afternoon to late evening.
Recreation
The hotel provides a fitness room with cardio equipment and free weights,as well as an outdoor pool.
An ice-skating rink is located at the Galleria. Among the area golf courses is the 18-hole, championship Stevens Park Golf Course, 15 miles from the hotel.

“Convenient Location”
I decided to stay at the Double Tree since I was attending a seminar in the same place. Hotel was close to more than I expected. Near the expressway, airport and shopping/dining. The hotel shuttle was very helpful. The gym was quiet and felt like what I was used to at home. The hotel food was not at all good but there are a few substitutes within walking distance. If I had to visit Dallas again, I would stay at this hotel.
“Great stay!”
This hotel was a great location for our little mother-daughter weekend in town. It's easy to find but not exactly in the nicest area of Dallas. Still, the Walmart in the adjacent parking lot was pretty convenient to the hotel. The service was great, our room was clean and well-laid out, and the beds were comfortable. Our reservation included the breakfast buffet, which was held in the basement of the soaring lobby area. Overall it was a great stay and we'd be glad to visit this hotel again.
“Great deal. Nice hotel.”
The room had a nice view. The elevator also had an interesting view. I didn't say anything about the party that went on all night long, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.
“Great Experience”
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel for the money. The chocolate chip cookies upon check-in ROCK! The staff was very helpful, especially when we were looking for a good place to eat. (Texas de Brazil, baby!) The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open, but that was so minor. The rest of our stay more than made up for that. We loved the free parking.
“Shop till you drop!”
This is a great hotel to stay in when you are wanting to "do the Galleria". We got a nice hot cookie when we checked in, then got to take the service road directly to the Galleria for a mall marathon. The hotel was the right price so we could get in all the bargains at the after Christmas sales and stay in comfort. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast on Sunday was not to be missed. All around, a great welcoming place to stay, with convenience to awesome shopping and comfort to rest our tired feet!
“Nice Hotel to stay in”
Nice hotel on the edge of a nice neighborhood and a scary one. Security was not an issue. The continental breakfast was decent and the room was very nice and quiet. I would recommend it for the price.
“Very nice hotel”
This was a great hotel. Very clean and comfy--wonderful bedding and up-to-date decor. I am usually very picky and hard to please, but this hotel was great. Also good location--easy access to freeways. Sound level was fabulous as was water pressure. Could use more cable channels, but we didn't care too much.

“Doubletree did a GREAT Job!”
I have stayed at many hotels in the Dallas area. Let me say the rate I received on Expedia was amazing, the room was nice, the hotel was great and the staff was on top of things. I had my children with me and with the rush of leaving town, we forgot many things. The hotel staff helped us get what we needed and made sure that everything was taken care of. Thanks Doubletree!
“A good value”
The front desk staff at check-in was very unfriendly and unprofessional, but the staff at check-out more than made up for it. She was extremely busy, but organized, friendly and attentive to everyone she help. She went above and beyond in service. The hotel its self was as one would expect from a Doubletree - clean, comfortable & a good value.
