"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. "The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting. "The resort is well situated and beautiful in the countryside. The hotel is separate from the chalets or houses. They do not provide you with towels, bath mats and toiletries. We were not aware of this. The house has two floors but the toilet is on the first floor and the bathroom is on the second floor. "Nice, clean cabin but we were extremely dissapointed to learn that the fireplace was FAKE. It’s plastic. This cabin was advertised with a working fireplace and this was our only reason for renting this cabin. This was a huge dissapointment. The heating is with an electric stove which works slowly and dries the air out: we were all having headaches and dry eyes from the air quality."
