“Clean and Friendly!!!”
This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's close to my family and the airport, so a win-win for me. The employees are all very friendly and professional. The room, lobby, pool and surrounding grounds are well maintained.

The hotel concierge, staff and airport shuttle drivers ar extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well appointed. And the brunch is delicious.
“Thumbs Up for the Hilton Garden Inn Chicago/O'Hare Airport”
I was in Chicago for one day, and I merely needed a place to sleep for a few hours. This hotel is near O'hare, well kept, and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again under similar circumstances. Of course, because it's near the airport, it's a long way from downtown, but very convenient for catching an early flight. Just depends on what you're doing, I suppose.

“Very Clean, Convenient--Top Rated”
We were in Chicago to visit Northwestern in Evanston. This hotel is very close to the airport, has a shuttle to the L train and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are top rated--clean, and excellent service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago. Hotel is not in Evanston, but commute to Northwestern is less than 12 miles.
“Great hotel!”
I loved this hotel ~ it's fairly new, so the room was absolutely spotless! We had a refrigerator and a microwave in our room. There's a little store near the front desk with all kinds of snacks and necessities. There is a business center where you can check your e-mail. My kids loved the pool. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel one night and it was okay, not the best for the price you pay. Overall, it was a very classy place with a great accommodating staff. I was most impressed with the cleanliness, though. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again on our next trip to the Chicago area.
“Great Service & Hospitality, Super Hotel Shuttle!!”
As I had 2 days left in the US on which I wanted to visit Chicago I opted for this hotel. They're close to O'Hare Airport(ca. 10 minutes) and have a 24/7 shuttle service driving every 30 minutes. What is super-great is that the shuttle also drops you off at the blue-line (ca. 40 minutes into Chicago Down-Town) and picks you up after arrival back from down-town after giving them a call. Loved the breakfast. Only problem was that there was unavailability of wireless internet for half of the Saturday during my stay. In my view the (outside) service arranging this could have revolved this issue quicker. I would recommend this hotel for anybody flying in and out O'Hare and wanting to visit Chicago down-town for 1 or 2 days. My compliments for the hotel staff who is super service minded!
“Pleased everytime we stay there”
This was our second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn by O'Hare and we were just as pleased as we were the first time. The staff was very helpful with giving directions and suggestions as were to go. All staff we ran into said "Hello" and "How is your stay with us". We will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

The staff and the hotel was a great. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again when we return.
